- Made-to-order pieces are individually crafted and take 3–4 weeks to ship.
- Limited edition pieces are produced in small batches and will ship within 5–7 business days, while stocks last.

At checkout, you can include a personal gift message for each item. This message will arrive enclosed in a white envelope, along with your gift package. If no message is added, a blank card will be included for each recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
As many of our pieces are made to order or released in limited runs, we currently do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@houseofmila.co within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
